Outdoor wood letters are made from Medium Density Overlay plywood. This plywood is specially formulated to resist the elements. When properly painted, and sealed, these MDO outdoor wood letters will last a number of years.

Outdoor wood letters are best suited for bold fonts, and in sizes from 4" to 24" tall. SignFactory's outdoor wood letters come in 1/2" thickness, and are primed on the face for easy finishing.
