Due to the personalized nature of signs, and our sign lettering, refunds are a difficult proposition.
Because we realize that at times the signs, and letters you ordered, may be of absolutely no value to you, we do have a refund policy for products returned within 15 days of purchase, and in the same condition they left our facilities in. We limit refunds to $500.00 maximum, and per the table below:
Signs: No Refunds Given
Letters: 50% refund up to $500.00. The initial shipping charge is not refundable, and the letters must be shipped back at the buyers expense.
No refunds will be given for transit issues, unless there is a prior agreement between Sign Factory, and the returnee.
If you have questions about our return policy, please ask prior to purchase. We hope you will never need this service, but we offer it in case you do.
